Cake Bites

The other day when Kirk & I were in Lubbock we went and hung out with Jeri and Jorja. Jeri went and bought these red velvet cake bites from a bakery there and they were to die for. I absolutley loved them. So.... when I got home I decided to try to make some. I found a recipe on Bakerella's blog(which I love by the way) and attempted to make them. And they actually turned out quite well. They looked good and did not taste too shabby either. They were not as good as the ones from the bakery(which I can't remember the name of), but good enough to make again. And of course, Kirk liked them too!!!
