The UK

Wyatt and I have just returned from a week long trip to the United Kingdom. He had to go for work, so I decided to go along with him. We stayed in the old historical town of Chester, England. It was a nice quiet place built as a Roman Fortress initially. I toured the town for a few days while Wyatt went to work. When he was finished with work we took a couple of days to go and do things. We rented a car one day and drove across to Wales and toured some of the old castles there. They were amazing. The car and driving in the UK, however, was not. Not only do they drive on the wrong side of the road, the steering wheel and stick shift are on the wrong side and the car was so tiny that Wyatt barely fit in it. But, we had a great time viewing the castles, the Irish Sea, and the countryside. And Wyatt did a GREAT job driving us around. The next day we took a train to London. It reminded me a lot of NYC. There is a lot to see there: Big Ben and Parliament, Buckingham Palace, London Bridge, the London Eye, Trafalgar Square, and much more. Wyatt and I had a great time, but are so glad to be home. The flights there and back are sooo long. And this was the first time we ever left Kirk for that long. My mom kept him for 9 days.
