Air Bound

Our plane was delayed a little over an hour in Lubbock. Not too bad, but when you have a one year old to entertain it seems as if you will never take off. However, we did find the lifesize chess set to help pass the time and Kirk loved playing with it.

This past week Kirk and I flew to College Station to see Bobbi, Mike , and Reid. Kirk is such a good little co-pilot. He just sits in my lap, reads books, and makes funny faces at the people around him. We flew down to help Bobbi with a Bridal Fair. Kirk had a great time playing with Reid. Reid is such a sweet boy and is talking up a storm. I was hoping that he would teach Kirk how to talk while we were there, but it doesn't seem that he did. Kirk is still just grunting and pointing a lot. The flowers at the Bridal Fair looked beautiful. Hopefully, Bobbi will get some business out of it. The boys were fascinated by the boxes the flowers came in. They kept wanting to climb on them. Thankfully none of our flowers were damaged too badly by the two monkeys.

Kendra bought the kids goofy glasses at the store. Kirk actually kept them on and thought they were pretty funny.
